Description

It's a charming village, surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean plants, about 5 km from Cefalù, where a few hundred people live. Visitors appreciate its quiet and serene atmosphere. Our guests will explore the small village, admiring charming views through the alleys, splendid sea views, and the bright green of the vegetation. The oil trail starts at the oil mill museum, where you can discover how people lived and produced olive oil in the past. You'll learn about the properties of extra virgin olive oils and the strict specifications that local companies must follow to produce a certified EVO. You'll enjoy a sensory analysis experience by tasting three Sicilian extra virgin olive oils and appreciating their unique characteristics. The experience will end with a farewell aperitif, accompanied by a glass of wine and local tastings (bruschetta, olives, cheeses, and jam).
