After the tour, enjoy a guided tasting of four organic wines made from indigenous grapes: Nero d’Avola, Grillo, Catarratto, and Metodo Ancestrale Nero d’Avola sparkling wine.
The wine tasting is paired with traditional Sicilian dishes such as caponata, sun-dried tomatoes, breads, cheeses, olive oil, and honey produced on-site.
