Description
Upon arrival at Casa Merlino, you will be greeted by the guide who will take you on a tour of the olive grove to discover Sicilian nature, local traditions, and the production of organic extra virgin olive oil.
After the tour, the guide will let you taste three Merlino extra-virgin olive oils, two single-variety oils (Nocellara Etnea and Brandofino) and one Monte Etna PDO oil, with a technical explanation and lots of interesting facts.
After the tasting, you will sit at a table in the shade of the olive trees with a view of Mount Etna, where you will have your picnic* in the midst of nature. The picnic consists of a three-course lunch (starter, main course and dessert), including water, coffee and local wine, all made with local products and produce from the Casa Merlino garden.
At the end of the experience, you will also have the opportunity to purchase the oil you liked the most during the tasting, as well as other Merlino products, and you will receive a Casa Merlino gift.
