Description
The tour departs at 9:00 from Trapani port. The boat sails alongside Favignana Island, also known as 'the butterfly island' due to its shape.
During the cruise, the boat stops at notable coves including Cala Azzurra, Bue Marino, and Cala Rossa. Cala Rossa features an amphitheater-like bay with clear turquoise waters ideal for swimming.
There will be a short stop at Favignana port to visit the historic center, shop, or rent bicycles and scooters for island exploration. Visitors can also visit the Florio Tuna Museum.
A lunch is served on board, prepared by the captain.
After lunch, the boat heads to Levanzo Island for about an hour. Here, guests can visit the small fishing village and sample local granitas or artisan ice cream.
Levanzo is the smallest Egadi Island, covering 5 square kilometers and characterized by white limestone rocks and caves such as Grotta del Genovese, Cala Faraglione, Cala Fredda, and Cala Minnola. Cala Minnola is known for its clear waters and underwater archaeological site featuring a Roman shipwreck with amphorae and pottery remains at about 27 meters depth.
The excursion concludes with a return trip to Trapani port during which guests can enjoy a notable Sicilian sunset.
