Join us at my family home in Alcamo and learn how pasta has been made for centuries. Then, work alongside my mother as she guides you step-by-step in preparing busiate, a traditional hand-rolled pasta, using age-old family techniques and recipes.
Once your pasta is ready, sit down to a convivial lunch where you’ll savor the busiate you made, along with other seasonal dishes. Finally, enjoy dessert, coffee and a toast of limoncello, in true Sicilian style.
