In this experience, you can immerse yourself in the tranquil atmosphere of Tenute Baglio Passofondo, an oasis of peace just a few kilometers from Trapani and Palermo.
We will make fresh pasta by hand, or we will make tomato sauce, or we will prepare fish or meat to recreate traditional Sicilian dishes. Finally, you will enjoy the dishes you have prepared.
