Description

You will be welcomed in an elegant and relaxing setting, where you will forget the chaos of the city for the entire duration of your experience. The food tasting includes 2 glasses of white wine and 2 of red, all chosen from native Sicilian grape varieties such as Carricante, Catarratto, Grillo, Insolia, and Zibibbo for the whites and Nero d'Avola, Perricone, Frappato, or Nerello Mascalese for the reds. In addition, during the tasting experience you will be offered a tray of local artisanal cured meats and cheeses to pair with the wines. During the food tasting, you will be guided by an experienced sommelier who, through information about the wineries and wines, will immerse you in a unique and unforgettable tasting experience. All in the heart of downtown Palermo. Sicily Experience includes: 2 glasses of white wine; 2 glasses of red wine; 1 tray of 4 types of cold cuts and 4 types of cheese, accompanied by bread; assistance during the service by specialized staff, with information on the tasting route and the wineries.

Important Information

  • The price of the food tasting does not allow for the selection of the wineries producing the wines, nor the variety of food offered, which remains exclusively at the discretion of the wine bar staff, who will select it from the labels and types available on the shelf and at the food counter. The food tasting lasts on average 1.5 hours, up to a maximum of 2 hours. If the customer decides to stay in the restaurant beyond the duration of the food tasting, they will be required to order à la carte. Before starting the tasting, the customer will be required to report any food allergies or intolerances in order to avoid unpleasant incidents.
