The Mamma Caura Rooftop is unique!
The panoramic terrace at the second floor overlooks the Ettore and Infersa Salt Pans in Marsala, which have been active and productive since Phoenician times (7th century B.C.) and the majestic 16th-century Windmill, a true jewel of industrial archaeology that is still fully functional today. A testimony to an ancient and precious art, the production and harvesting of sea salt.
The aperitif on the Mamma Caura Rooftop includes:
A selection of tapas (see the options below) with savory dry snacks;
and one glass of Champagne Lanson/ a glass of Sicilian Wine / Cocktail / Gin Premium DiBaldo Spirits. It is important to tell us which tapas menu you have chosen before arriving at Mamma Caura;
[Tapas crudites]:
• Salty Dry Snacks
• Red Sicilian tuna tataki tapas with caramelized onion, mint, olive oil and Marsala wine
• Fin de Claire oysters with onion sauce and lemon (2 pieces)
• Sashimi tapas of Mediterranean red prawn, olive oil, flour de sea and crispable bread
• Croaker fish tapas, passion fruit, olive oil and flour de sel
[Cooked tapas]:
• Salty dry snacks
• Mosaic of octopus with cheerful and salina herbs, flour de sel
• Grilled squid, fleur de sel and sauce vinaigrette
• Sicilian red tuna tapas, caramelized onions, mint fleur de sel and olive oil
• Croutons with salty flavored lemon peels butter and Sciacca anchovies (3 pieces)
[Vegetarian tapas]:
• Salty dry snack
• Croutons with buffalo mozzarella cheese and Sicilian red prawn (3 pieces)
• Burrata cheese tapas, rocket salad, dried tomatoes, olive oil and fleur de sel
• Baked aubergine tapas, Bonajuto Sicilian chocolate, thyme, olive oil and fleur de sel
• Fried Sicilian sheep ricotta cheese tapas with aioli (4 pieces)
From July to early September, it is possible to see the manual harvesting of sea salt while sipping aperitifs at sunset.
From June to September there is the SEI MUSIC with Italian and foreign renowned DJs.
The terrace has limited seating, so we recommend that you make reservations well in advance, and it has no cover. There are breathtaking views and sunsets. For those who wish to dine, it is possible at the rooftop. If weather conditions it is not good it is possibile to go in first floor restaurant reserve a table in the dining room on the second floor.

All the food and tapas ordered after the menu tapas informed before are excluded from the price
It is not allowed to change the drink included in the aperitif package for wine bottles, this will be considered as an extra to be paid directly to the Mamma Caura
