Most of the vegetables are produced by the SKYFALL guys and are collected daily from their land. The eggs they use are of their laying hens. The extra virgin olive oil comes from their olive trees, grown strictly organic. Their cooking philosophy is to combine the simplicity and authenticity of the products of their land with the imagination and creativity of their chef. And they do a very good job! The dishes are somewhere between traditional Sicilian and fine cuisine. There is also a wide selection of savory crepes, great sandwiches, buns and rolls.
