Description

This is the perfect way to discover the Sicilian culinary culture by full immersion in local food market, local farmer and cooking together with Sicilian chef. If the weather is allowed we will enjoy the meal by swimming pool at host's villa with panoramic sea view accompanied with great Sicilian wine. About chef Riccardo, who is born and raised in Sicily, used to work in Michelin starred restaurants and be on TV, advertisement, cooking show. He used to be private chef service for celebrities and football players. He also lived in China and Singapore for over 12 years. While he worked overseas he always dedicated himself to promoting the Italian gastronomy and being proud of being a Sicilian chef. In this gastronomy trip you will learn how to cook the authentic Sicily cuisine from scratch. Meawhile we stop by the local cantine to choose the wine to pair with our meal or visit the local farmers to get the fresh made cheese. The menu will change according to the season but always content 3 courses and fine Sicilian wine. The total event lasts about 4 hours.
