Description
We will meet in my cozy restaurant where we will have the opportunity to get to know each other and enjoy a good cup of coffee. Then we will move to the kitchen and I will explain how to cook the ingredients for Arancine, both with meat and vegetables (vegetarian and vegan). I will show you the Sicilian tricks for making perfect arancine, both round (as we make them in Palermo) and pointed (as they are made in Catania and Syracuse). We will fry them together and I will give you all the information you need to achieve perfect browning. At this point, the best part of the experience begins: eating what you have cooked together with me. I will also give you a tasting of typical Sicilian appetizers such as my caponata, made according to tradition, handed down from generation to generation. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy a glass of Sicilian wine and fresh water will be provided throughout the cooking class.
