The tour includes a guided visit to the shop with the chocolate aging cellar. The visit includes an explanation of the technical characteristics of raw chocolate (Modica chocolate), historical notes, presentation of the chocolate collections in the showroom, and a tour guide to tasting the chocolates in the shop, with particular reference to the Chocolates of the Grand Tour of Sicily, including Syracuse Chocolate.
