This delightful excursion will take you in the most unknown part of Sicily. Departure to “Madonie Park”. Visit of the authentic Sicilian villages such as: Castelbuono and Patralia Soprana. Arrival in Piano Farina (1360m). Stop for a naturalistic walk to visit an ancient Sicilian farm, where you will admire the old traditional way to make fresh cheese called “Ricotta”. Continuation to the countryside of Polizzi Generosa. Lunch in a typical Agriturismo with Sicilian specialties (water and wine Included). Return to Cefalù in the afternoon. Please bring warm clothes and walking shoes
