Description

Upon arrival at Casa Merlino, you will be welcomed by the tour guide who will take you on a tour of the olive grove to discover Sicilian nature, local traditions, and the production of organic extra virgin olive oil, all with a view of Mount Etna. After the tour, the tour guide will let you taste three 'Merlino' extra virgin olive oils, two single-variety (Nocellara Etnea and Brandofino) and one DOP Monte Etna, with technical explanations and lots of interesting facts. While tasting the oil, you can sample local products from the Casa Merlino vegetable garden, accompanied by water, coffee, and local wine. At the end of the experience, you will also have the opportunity to purchase the oil you liked best during the tasting, as well as other Casa Merlino products.
