You'll be welcomed to our farm in Partinico, where tradition and passion are alive every day. The visit begins with a walk through our olive groves, where you'll discover the secrets of cultivating and producing extra virgin olive oil. We'll tell you the story of our land and explain all the processing stages, from the manual harvesting of the olives to the extraction of the oil using traditional and sustainable methods. You'll continue into the vegetable fields, where you can see, touch, and, when possible, directly harvest the products of the land, grown without chemical treatments. You'll discover the variety and seasonality of vegetables, enjoying an authentic and engaging agricultural experience. The visit continues in the farm, where you'll meet our animals, raised with care and respect.
