Description

You will be welcomed in an elegant and relaxing environment, where you will forget the city chaos for the entire time of your experience. The tasting will start with a glass of sparkling wine, then proceed with one of white, one of rosé, and lastly you will taste one of the famous Etna Doc reds, made from Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes, principle vines of the Etnean territory and the whole of Sicily. Also during the tasting experience you will be offered a tray of local artisanal cured meats and cheeses to pair with the wines. In the tasting, you will be guided by an expert sommelier who, through information about the wineries and the wines, will get you into the thick of a unique and unforgettable tasting experience. All in the heart of the center of Palermo. Etna experience includes: 1 glass of sparkling wine Etna doc classic or charmat method; 1 glass of white wine Etna doc, from grapes of Carricante or Catarratto; 1 glass of rosé wine Etna doc, from grapes of Nerello Mascalese; 1 glass of red wine Etna doc, from grapes of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio; 1 tray of 4 types of cold cuts and 4 types of cheese, accompanied with bread; assistance during the service of specialized staff , with information about the tasting route and the wineries.

Important Information

• In the price of the tasting is not allowed the choice of wineries of production of wines, nor the variety of food offered, which remains exclusively at the choice of the staff of the wine shop that will select it from labels and types present on the shelf and in the food counter. The tasting lasts an average of 1.5 hours up to a maximum of 2 hours, in case it is decided to linger on the premises beyond the duration of the tasting, the customer will be obliged to order a la carte. The customer, before starting the tasting will have the obligation to report any food allergies or intolerances, in order to avoid unpleasant episodes.
