At 6:00 AM, depart directly from the beach of Isola Bella and experience Taormina’s coastline at its most magical hour, as the first light of the day reflects on the sea and cliffs. The tour begins at the Blue Grotto, where only in the early morning is it possible to swim inside the grotto itself—a rare and exclusive experience. From here, we head offshore for about 20–30 minutes in search of dolphins, often spotted playing in the calm waters at sunrise. Returning along the coast, we glide into Baia Villagonia, passing the Taormina train station, famously featured in The Godfather Part III with Al Pacino. We then continue to the shimmering Shell Grotto, where once again this tour offers a unique chance to swim inside the grotto, surrounded by magical reflections. The journey continues to Capotaormina, where you’ll admire the celebrated Le Grand Blue restaurant, named after the French cult film shot here, as well as the hotel’s private seawater pool carved into the rock and its dramatic cliffside solarium. Cruising further, you’ll see natural landmarks such as the Cross Rock, the Lion Rock, the Baia dei Ciclopi, and Taormina’s famous sea stacks. We’ll also reveal hidden gems like the private beach of Capotaormina, featured in The White Lotus Season 2, and the romantic Lovers’ Grotto, with its secret sandy beach for two, once a retreat for couples. Finally, we circle Isola Bella, admiring its timeless beauty from every angle, before anchoring near the Blue Grotto Bay for a memorable finale: a traditional Sicilian breakfast on board with fresh croissants, orange juice, or almond milk, enjoyed with stunning morning views of Isola Bella.
