Etna, Europe's highest active volcano, offers an extraordinary landscape that feels more like another planet than Sicily. This thrilling hike takes place on the southern slope of Mount Etna, starting from the Euro Etna Tourism mountain hut, located at an altitude of approximately 1,900 metres (6,234 feet). As you climb gradually through this striking terrain, you’ll learn fascinating insights about the geology, history, and legends of the volcano.
