In this experience, you can immerse yourself in the peaceful atmosphere of Tenute Baglio Passofondo, an oasis of peace just a few kilometers from Trapani and Palermo. We will knead fresh pasta by hand or make tomato sauce or prepare fish or meat to recreate ancient dishes of Sicilian cuisine. Finally, you will taste the dishes you have prepared.
