A circular route starting from Piazza Umberto I with a brief introduction to the history of Contessa Entellina and its Albanian origins, descent towards the Greek-Byzantine church and explanation of the Greek-Byzantine rite and its differences from the Roman rite and the meaning of the iconostasis, ascent towards the square to meet the iconographer and other local artisans. Option to add a tasting in the village or on a farm to sample local products such as wine, eggs, saffron, vastedda della valle del Belice cheese, and ricotta.
