Here are the pictorial works of Pietro Paolo Vasta and his shop and, in particular, the pictorial cycle dedicated to the martyrdom of the saint. Reaching, later, the Carnival Museum can be discovered the ancient art of papier -mâché and the festival recognized as 'The most beautiful Carnival of Sicily': here miniature wagons, historical pieces of the great masters and much more allow to understand up to the value of this event. Finally, a permanent exhibition will be visited, the one that tells the ancient art of the work of the Sicilian pupils: inside the great puppets of the Acese tradition recall the great chivalric fights, staged in theaters, of course, from the first decades of the nineteenth century. Following a transfer will take you from Piazza Duomo to the Batia of the Archangel Gabriele. The visit, within this ancient home, will start from the round of the Belvedere from which it is possible to simultaneously enjoy the view of Etna and the sea. The participants will then go to admire a rosette of 300 plants and immediately afterwards they will nod the scents of the sensory garden, where different types of aromatic herbs are cultivated. The visit will continue with the explanation of how the harvest was made in Sicily, told inside the Palmento and the Historical Cellar, perfectly preserved exactly for how they were at the beginning of the 1800s. Finally, inside the enchanted forest, a large green area with secular trees, (in the cellar in the case of bad weather), the typical Sicilian aperitif with tasting of Etna red wine will be served.Includes
