Hotel Agathae Catania
Sicily
The Hotel Agathae is named after Saint Agatha, the Patron Saint of Catania.
The hotel was finally rebuilt at the beginning of the last century after much of the city had been destroyed by a devastating earthquake. High vaulted ceilings, tasteful yet not intrusive interior design along with a collection of Sicilian artisan-made furniture all makes for a combination that is both pleasing the eye and practical.
All 15 rooms come with balconies. Some rooms overlook the majestic Via Etnea and other the beautiful Villa Bellini, all are distinguished by different patterns and exclusive fabrics, furnished with sobriety and equipped with air conditioning, electronic safes, direct dial phone, Plasma TV, mini-bar, free WiFi internet and private bathroom with hair dryer and courtesy kit. There is also one apartment that can host up to 6 persons. It is for rent in residence formula for short periods.
