Camping Valle dei Templi, open all year around, lies east down the coast, cca 7 km south of Agrigento in the resort called San Leone. The camping site offers pitches, mobile homes and bungalows. The location is great for sightseeing around Agrigento including the Valley of the Temples (1 km), the beautiful gardens La Kolymbetra and there are few decent beaches around too.
Bungalows have a veranda and can accommodate between 2 to 6 people in 2 separate rooms. Mobile homes feature 2 separate rooms where each of them has its own bathroom. They also come with air-conditioning, fridge, TV, and a veranda.
There is a reasonably priced restaurant across the street which serves tasty dishes and a welcoming cafe and supermarket are not far from the campsite. Kids are very much welcome at Camping Valle dei Templi which has a playground and swimming pool to entertain them.
