Our culinary offering is a tribute to the Mare Nostrum and Sicilian tradition, reinterpreted with elegance and attention to detail: Seafood salad: the freshness of local fish, enhanced by Mediterranean aromas. Seafood tabulé: a refined combination of semolina and marine scents. Swordfish caponata: the perfect balance between the sweetness and sweet-and-sour flavors of tradition, enriched by the strong flavor of swordfish.
Sweet and sour tuna: a great classic of Trapani cuisine, tender and full of contrasts. Two bruschettas with smoked swordfish: crispy bread that pairs with the intense notes of the sea. To complete this symphony of flavors, the experience includes a glass of wine from our best local wineries or, alternatively, a refreshing soft drink. For children, we offer our aperibaby: French fries, baked lasagna with meat sauce, soft drink and mineral water.
