Upon arrival, proceed to the arrivals hall or the meeting point specified in your booking voucher. Your driver or a representative will wait for you holding a sign with the lead passenger's name or the NORMA VACANZE logo.
This is a shared transport service, which means it is not exclusive. Depending on passenger arrivals, wait times of up to 90 minutes after your flight’s landing may be necessary to pick up other passengers on subsequent flights.
If your inbound flight is delayed by 30 minutes or more, contact the service provider immediately. Transfers can be rescheduled free of charge to the next available shuttle. If no suitable shuttle is available within a reasonable timeframe, a private transfer will be offered at the corresponding additional cost, with previous booking fees deducted.
Without notification of delay, the driver will wait a maximum of 60 minutes after the scheduled landing before leaving; no refund will be issued in this case.
If your flight is diverted to a different airport, inform the provider immediately to reschedule your transfer under the same conditions as delays.
The driver will wait up to 90 minutes from the notified flight arrival time.
Norma Vacanze reserves the right to refuse transport to passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or those posing a danger to the driver or other passengers. Drinking alcohol and smoking inside the vehicle are prohibited.
The transfer service is fully insured for passenger transport. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings as Norma Vacanze is not liable for loss or damage of carried items.
