Description

It's time to wake up at first light and get ready to step into the role of a shepherd! We will enjoy a truly immersive experience that will allow us to learn about the daily life of a shepherd, starting with milking early in the morning, followed by taking the flock out to pasture, after which the entire cheese-making process will take place: from heating the milk to transforming it into different types of cheese with varying degrees of aging. There will also be tastings of the cheeses produced throughout the day and much, much more!!
