Reach Piazza del Municipio, the city center. Here you find Palazzo Ducezio (Town Hall) and the Cathedral of San Nicolò. The cathedral was carefully restored after its dome collapse in 1996 and remains a key Noto landmark. Nearby, try a granita from Caffè Sicilia.
Proceed to Palazzo Nicolaci di Villadorata on Via Nicolaci, famous for ornately carved balconies featuring griffins, cherubs, lions, and centaurs. In May, the street is decorated with flower petals for the Infiorata festival.
