About Your Chef
Antonio Sireci is a chef and sommelier with international experience. He shares family traditions, local stories and practical techniques that make Sicilian cuisine accessible to everyone.
His passion for cooking began at the kitchen table, watching and helping his mother and grandmother, and was then refined with Maestro Salvatore Cascino (born 1929), one of the great traditional Sicilian Chefs of his time. He has worked in Sicily and abroad, including the USA and Germany. In 2012, he founded Sicilian Food Lovers to share, through hands-on experiences, real Sicilian home-style cuisine in an intimate setting.
