Description

You will be guided on a tour to discover the farm animals. You will meet and be able to feed or pet the Marajà camel, llamas, alpacas, ostriches, Girgento and Tibetan goats, sheep, donkeys, ponies and horses, Scottish cows, kunekune pigs and less conventional friends such as skunks, giant tortoises, parrots, maras and many birds such as cranes, swans, ducks and geese, chickens, pheasants and peacocks! You will enter the apiary and see the beekeeper at work with the bees. You will see the collection of eggs, and it is not uncommon to witness the birth of a chick or a baby turtle live in our incubators. After the tour, climb aboard our Hay-Ride, a tractor that pulls a 'caravan' and takes you on a ride among our olive trees. Finally, the horse and pony await you for a ride in the saddle! During the tour, you will have the opportunity to capture the most beautiful moments in the most picturesque corners of the farm, among the bales of straw and hay, while holding a goat or petting the llama, and we will print a souvenir photo for you to take home. Now it's time to enjoy an aperitif in perfect Sicilian style with the products of our land: a board with local cured meats and cheese, our honey, pani cunzatu and bruschettoni, and a glass of fine wine.

An Italian-speaking guide dedicated exclusively to you will accompany you on the guided tour of the farm, which lasts at least 90 minutes. Tractor ride and horse or pony ride. Visit to the apiary and the incubator room. One complimentary photo print per family. A Sicilian aperitif with a glass of wine per person and a platter of typical products to share.

Excludes

If you wish, you can purchase our agricultural products such as extra virgin olive oil, honey, and dried fruit. There is also a small kiosk with small gadgets such as straw hats, key rings, and stuffed animals. You can also purchase additional photo prints in addition to the complimentary one. Ice cream and chips are also sold at the refreshment stop. Each of the above purchases is optional and absolutely not mandatory.
