Description

10.30 a.m. boat meeting at the Club Nautico Catania, Banchina dogana port of Catania. After a safety briefing on board and accommodation in the cabins, we will start experience and head for the Santa Croce Lighthouse, built in 1859. This will take about 2 hours, then we will continue across the Gulf of Augusta to the mouth of the large port of Syracuse. Duration approximately 3 hours. We will moor at the marina and the afternoon will be free to visit Ortigia, the Cathedral and the seafront where you can watch the sunset. Free dinner at one of the many restaurants in Ortigia. The next morning we will go to the fish market to buy the day's catch, then we will cast off our moorings and head towards Brucoli. Stop for lunch on the boat and after coffee the route will be to the port of Catania where we will be moored at 5pm.
