Visit two wineries and a farm, where you will have the opportunity to learn the techniques for the production of the famous Passito naturale DOC. White Passito wine is produced exclusively on the homonymous island with Zibibbo grapes (also known as Moscato d'Alessandria). Its origin is ancient, probably dating back to the Arab domination of the 9th century AD. It seems that the name Zibibbo derives from the Arabic “zaibib” which means “dried grapes”.
