During the walk you will visit the ancient stone quarry known as 'Latomia del Paradiso' a place of surreal beauty with unique flora in the heart of the town. Inside you will see some grottos: the Ear of Dionysius, renowned for its unique shape and captivating echoes but also the Ropemakers and Saltpeter Grotto where skilled artisans once crafted essential materials for ancient life.
The ancient Greek Theater, dating back to the 5th-3rd century B.C. is a highlight. The entrance fee to the park is not included (unless you have booked the option tour + tickets). Visitors up to 17 years have free entrance to the park but free entrance is available only at the ticket office. In this case please do not use the 'ticket included' option and purchase the entrance tickets on location bringing ad id card or passport for registration.
